These lights are an improved design over the older models and include a raised transparent dome to enable light to shine from the side as well as from the top.They also include the eyehole, battery and tie for securing the light in a balloon.

Installing steps:
1.Put the light into the deflated latex balloon
2.Inflate the balloon
3.Let the light fall into the neck of the balloon ( The weight of the light is in the bottom end so the light normaly drops into the neck facing upwards )
4.Place the cable tie around the neck of the balloon. securing the light ( optional )

* TIP * If you twist the base up to the point that they go on and then put them inside the balloon. It makes things a lot quicker when you want to turn them on later.
